Terms of Use and Program License Agreement
Effective Date: July 3rd 2026
These Terms of Use and Program License Agreement (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the From CX Strategy to Business Impact program, including all videos, templates, examples, worksheets, guides, downloads, tools, resources, and related materials provided by The Insight Shop, LLC (“The Insight Shop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using the program, you agree to these Terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.
1. Program Description
From CX Strategy to Business Impact is a self-guided CX strategy implementation program for CX leaders. The program is designed to help participants learn how to lead CX strategy work inside their organization, including understanding the current-state experience, designing the future-state experience, and preparing the organization to move from insight to action and business impact.
The program may include videos, templates, examples, facilitation guidance, worksheets, checklists, implementation tools, and other educational resources.
2. Educational Purpose
The program is provided for educational and informational purposes. The program is intended to provide frameworks, examples, templates, and guidance that participants may adapt for their own internal business use.
The program does not guarantee any specific business, financial, operational, customer experience, employee experience, or organizational result. Outcomes depend on many factors, including the participant’s organization, leadership alignment, internal capabilities, available resources, quality of execution, and business context.
3. Access Period
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, program access is provided for [12 months] from the date access is granted.
Founding buyers may receive [24 months] of access if stated in the applicable offer.
Access includes the program materials available at the time of purchase and any updates released during the active access period. Access to future updates ends when the access period expires unless the purchaser renews or purchases continued access.
4. Individual License
An individual license is for one named user only.
The named user may access the program, view the videos, download templates, and use the materials internally as part of their own CX work within their organization.
The named user may not share login credentials, distribute the full template library, upload program materials to a shared drive for broad access, train others using the materials, resell the materials, or allow others to access the program without purchasing the appropriate license.
5. Team License
A team license provides access to the number of named users included in the purchase. Unless otherwise stated, a team license includes access for up to [five] named users from the same organization.
Each named user must have their own login credentials. Shared logins are not permitted.
Team licenses may not be used as rotating access for unlimited employees. If a named user leaves the organization or changes roles, The Insight Shop may allow a reasonable substitution during the active access period at its discretion.
Team members may use the program materials internally for the purchasing organization’s CX work, subject to these Terms.
6. Internal Use of Templates and Materials
Purchasers may use the templates, worksheets, guides, and tools internally for their own organization’s CX strategy, planning, facilitation, implementation, and stakeholder alignment work.
Purchasers may create completed outputs using the templates, such as completed worksheets, journey maps, project charters, roadmaps, or internal planning documents.
Purchasers may share completed outputs internally with colleagues, stakeholders, executives, and project teams as part of the organization’s CX work.
Purchasers may not share, distribute, resell, republish, repackage, reproduce, or make available the original program materials, template library, videos, examples, or guides outside the permitted license.
7. Restrictions
You may not:
- Share your login credentials with others
- Copy, record, download, or reproduce program videos except where downloads are expressly provided
- Distribute the full program materials or template library to individuals who are not licensed users
- Upload program materials to public websites, shared repositories, file-sharing platforms, or AI tools in a way that makes them available to others
- Resell, sublicense, publish, or commercially exploit the program materials
- Modify and sell the materials as your own
- Use the materials to create a competing course, training, workshop, consulting product, or digital product
- Use the materials with outside clients unless you have purchased a separate practitioner or consultant license from The Insight Shop
- Remove copyright notices, branding, attribution, or proprietary markings from the materials unless expressly permitted
8. Consultant and Practitioner Use
The standard individual or team license does not permit consultants, agencies, trainers, coaches, fractional executives, advisors, or other practitioners to use the program materials with their own clients.
Consultants and practitioners who wish to use any portion of the program materials, templates, frameworks, or tools with clients must obtain a separate written practitioner or consultant license from The Insight Shop.
9. Intellectual Property
All program materials are owned by The Insight Shop or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Insight Shop retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the program, including the videos, scripts, frameworks, templates, examples, worksheets, checklists, guides, graphics, terminology, structure, and related materials.
Your purchase provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the program materials as permitted under these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
10. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For direct online purchases, access will be granted after payment is successfully processed.
For invoice-based purchases, access may be granted after payment is received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. The purchaser is responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges.
11. Refund Policy
Because the program includes digital content, downloadable templates, examples, and implementation materials that may be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the applicable offer.
If you believe the program was purchased in error or you experience a technical issue that prevents access, please contact The Insight Shop at [insert support email] within [7 days] of purchase.
Refunds, if any, are provided at the sole discretion of The Insight Shop unless required by applicable law.
Advisory support, office hours, deliverable reviews, and consulting services are non-refundable once scheduled or delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Advisory Support
The program is designed to be self-guided. Optional advisory support may be purchased separately.
Advisory support may include office hours, implementation planning, stakeholder alignment support, template guidance, or deliverable review.
Advisory support does not make The Insight Shop responsible for leading the purchaser’s CX strategy process, conducting research, facilitating workshops, producing final deliverables, managing internal stakeholders, or guaranteeing business outcomes unless those services are separately agreed to in a written consulting agreement.
13. No Guarantee of Results
The Insight Shop may provide examples, recommendations, templates, and guidance based on professional experience. However, The Insight Shop does not guarantee that use of the program will result in improved customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, revenue growth, retention, cost savings, executive alignment, funding approval, operational change, or any other specific outcome.
You are responsible for how you apply the program in your organization.
14. Technology and Platform Access
The program may be hosted on a third-party course platform. Access may require internet connection, a supported browser, and a valid email address.
The Insight Shop is not responsible for interruptions, technical issues, or changes caused by third-party platforms, internet providers, or user devices, but will make reasonable efforts to address access issues within its control.
15. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
If you believe your login credentials have been compromised, contact The Insight Shop promptly.
16. Privacy
Your use of the program is also governed by The Insight Shop’s Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
17. Termination of Access
The Insight Shop may suspend or terminate access without refund if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, shared access improperly, misused program materials, infringed intellectual property rights, or engaged in activity that harms The Insight Shop or other participants.
18. Changes to the Program
The Insight Shop may update, revise, replace, remove, or improve program content, templates, examples, structure, pricing, or features at any time.
Active participants will receive access to updates released during their active access period, unless otherwise stated.
The Insight Shop is not obligated to provide future versions, new programs, new courses, live services, practitioner licenses, or consulting support as part of the original purchase.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Insight Shop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, or business interruption arising from or related to use of the program.
The Insight Shop’s total liability for any claim related to the program will not exceed the amount paid by the purchaser for the program.
