    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at theinsightshopllc.com and any related online courses, digital content, templates, downloads, and services (together, the "Services") offered by The Insight Shop, LLC ("The Insight Shop," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
  2. Who May Use the Services
    You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase or use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

By purchasing, you authorize us and our providers to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
  3. Refunds

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dorchester County, South Carolina, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
